Purchase tickets to the Viaero Center online, over the phone or in person
If you are interested in purchasing a ticket for one of our events, we have a number of ticketing options. Tickets can be purchased online for all of our events here or over the phone with a VC ticketing representative. If you prefer to purchase your tickets in person, you are welcome to come down to our box office in the Viaero Center.
Purchasing Tickets Online
Tickets ordered online less than 7 days prior to an event will be available for pick-up at the box office window during regular business hours or on event day at the Will Call window one hour prior to the event.
Online purchases may also select the mailing option for ticket delivery. For $3, your tickets will conveniently be delivered to you at your front door. The mailing option is not available for tickets bought within one week of the event.

Purchasing Tickets by Phone
Viaero Center Box Office representatives are available Monday through Friday 10 a.m. until 5 p.m. All times are Central Standard. Call the box office at (308) 338-8011 to order tickets.
Tickets ordered by phone more than one week prior to the event can be mailed to you. Tickets ordered by phone less than one week prior to the event may be picked up at the VC Box Office during regular business hours or at the Will Call window one (1) hour prior to the event. Photo identification is required.
Purchasing Tickets at Our Box Office
The Box Office at the Viaero Center is open Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. or until 30 minutes after the start of a game or event. On event days, open 11 a.m. until 30 minutes after the start of a game or event. You can contact the box office by phone by calling (308) 338-8011.
Ticket On-Sale Policy
Facility Fees and Service Charges may be added and will vary on a per-event basis. Some fees and charges do not apply to Box Office walk-up purchases on a per-event basis. As of Monday, September 12, 2022, a 3% processing fee will be added to all ticket orders paid by credit card.
