Will Call is an extension of the Box Office where all pre-purchased tickets are held.  Tickets bought online or over the phone can be picked up at Will Call one hour prior to the start of the ticketed event.  Tickets can also be picked up during regular Box Office hours.

The Customer will need to present a valid ID and/or the confirmation sent to your email if tickets were purchased online

A line can form at Will Call for Storm games and other events so it is encouraged to have your tickets mailed or picked up before the ticketed event.

Tickets for any event at the Viaero Center can be purchased with your VISA or MasterCard here on www.kearneyevents.net.  Online sales will end one hour before the event is scheduled to start.  All tickets purchased online can be picked up at Will Call or at the box office if the mail option was not selected at the time of purchase.

Those with physical disabilities are encouraged to purchase tickets on the concourse for greatest accessibility.  These tickets can only be purchased by call the Box Office or in person.

Anyone between the ages of 4 and 12 are eligible for the kid’s ticket pricing for Storm Hockey.  Those over the age of 12 are considered an adult.

Age requirements vary for concerts, shows and other special events.  Customers are encouraged to contact the Box Office to verify age restrictions for these events.

Professional cameras and recording devices are prohibited in the facility.  No outside food or beverage may be brought into the facility.

The Viaero Center is a smoke-free facility.  However, those who wish to smoke can do so on the smoking deck located outside the West Concourse

STORM HOCKEY GAMES

·        FREE parking is available at all Storm home games.

·        Annual Suite, Single Game Suite, and Season Ticket holders who purchased a parking pass are allowed to park in designated areas of the South parking lot.  Parking pass must remain visible on rearview mirror or dashboard while in the parking lot.
